Overview
The Office of Clinical Affairs is tasked with keeping up with developments in dental practice equipment and techniques along with implementing new procedures and technology. It is also responsible for the development and implementation of new patient care programs, oversight and performance management of departmental clinical budgets and ensures reporting of the ongoing results of quality review processes. The associate dean serves as the director of quality and patient safety managing the continual improvement of the quality of dental care, patient safety and patient satisfaction.
