Department of Pediatric Dentistry
Aside from a number of community service projects where our dental and dental hygiene students work with children, in our pediatric clinic students actively treat youngsters from across the state.
Overview
Our pediatric dentistry department operates its own clinic for children from birth to 17. The clinic treats patients from across the state and is known for being able to provide oral healthcare for children with cognitive and physical disabilities. Each year, the department hosts a free day of care where students are instrumental in seeing up to 100 patients in one day.
