Criteria

1. Register/pay for the WVU three-hour non-degree credit course.
2. Complete the course assignments. (21 credits hours)
3. Attain a minimum of 80% on the tobacco treatment specialist certification examination.
4. Attest to a tobacco-free proclamation.
