Important information about Peak Health, Highmark

Peak Health has heard positive feedback about its digital ID card in MyWVUChart, as well as requests from some employees who would also like a physical ID card. To make the transition to Peak Health as seamless as possible, Peak Health will be mailing ID cards to all employees enrolled in the 90% Blue PPO Plan administered by Peak. You can expect to receive your ID cards in the mail in the coming days.

Your digital Peak Health ID card will continue to be available in MyWVUChart and MyPeak. Epic and MyWVUChart are at the center of our member and patient experience. We encourage you to use and explore the Peak Health resources on the platform – there’s a lot of great information there and more on the way! Integration through Epic is an important step to help us transform healthcare and achieve better health outcomes together.

You can access your Peak Health digital ID card and other information related to your coverage in MyWVUChart at any time. Just log in to your MyWVUChart account, click Menu, scroll to the Insurance section, and select Insurance ID Cards. You can view and print your ID cards right in MyWVUChart. If you do not have a MyWVUChart account, follow the instructions in your Welcome Packet to download the MyPeak app or visit this link https://mypeak.peakhealth.org/MyPeak/Authentication/Login.

As a reminder, Peak Health is not administering the prescription benefit program for the 90% Blue PPO Plan. Employees will separately receive a prescription benefit card from Highmark.
