DDS Class of '76 Scholarship
Led by Dr. Joseph Rice, the DDS Class of ’76 Scholarship was established to honor three classmates who had passed away at the time – Drs. Michael Christensen, Thomas Patrick and William Shelton.
Qualifications
This endowment shall help provide scholarships for enrolled dental students completing their second year at the WVU School of Dentistry. Recipients shall demonstrate academic merit and financial need. Recipients shall be determined by the appropriate officials in the School of Dentistry, in consultation with the WVU Office of Financial Aid. Scholarships shall be awarded in the names Michael Christensen, Thomas P. Patrick, and William Shelton.
