Lisa A. Smith Memorial Award

Qualifications

This endowment shall provide an undergraduate scholarship for junior students enrolled at the WVU School of Dentistry, Division of Dental Hygiene. First consideration shall be given to Pennsylvania residents. Recipients shall demonstrate academic promise by achieving a GPA of no less than 3.0, and shall have demonstrated financial need. If there are no recipients available from Pennsylvania, then a student from another state may receive the scholarship. Recipients shall be determined by the appropriate officials in the School of Dentistry, Division of Dental Hygiene in consultation with the WVU Office of Student Financial Aid. Scholarships shall be awarded in the name of Lisa A. Smith, Dental Hygiene Class of 1986.
