Goals & Objectives
- Provide outstanding customer services to our patients, faculty, staff, students, alumni, and other constituents.
- Develop and foster a customer-oriented approach to all information technology services delivery.
- Review and recommend information technology direction, capabilities, and strategic objectives.
- Identify opportunities where information technology could assist the School Of Dentistry in achieving its goals.
- Create innovative ways in which technology can be used in our teaching and learning environment.
- Identify issues, risks, and opportunities associated with the implementation and/or enhancement of new/current technologies.
- Assist with the establishment of measurable objectives for information technology plans and undertake an assessment of the effectiveness of access to information technology resources.
- Create and sustain a technologically rich environment that includes all of the necessary resources, capabilities, standards, policies and procedures, and do everything necessary to encourage infusion of new and appropriate technologies into that environment.
- Provide technology support to the School of Dentistry by actively anticipating, researching, and understanding their needs through collaborative and professional intra-office communications. Design and deliver new information systems with increased functionally and support as required and warranted.
- Deliver timely service and support to all academic and administrative departments within the School of Dentistry.
- Work to maintain a highly motivated technology team and engage all faculty, students, and staff by providing exciting opportunities and new challenges.
