Admissions Requirements

- Must have earned a DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited US or Canadian dental school

- Must apply to the program through the Postdoctoral Application Support Service (PASS) and have all application materials in PASS by October 15

-Must have passed Part I and Part II of the National Dental Board Examination or the Integrated National Board Dental Examination prior to the application deadline

-Must successfully complete the institution's credentialing process including dental licensure in state of West Virginia

-Must submit a current enrollment letter in good standing or certification of any previous post-graduate training if applicable. e.g.: GPR, etc.
